Our comprehensive range of services leaves nothing to be desired. If required, we can take on all kinds of work on your property, from waste disposal to driveway landscaping. We also know good and reliable tradespeople who can carry out repair work quickly and easily.
Since 2018, we have also been cooperating with the St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences. Students no longer waste a lot of time looking for suitable accommodation during their studies. Our service is of course also available to all other students.

Founded in 2013 and since then the basis for countless satisfied faces: Business partners Martin Höhener and Stefan Schirmer and their team have been passionately committed to the well-being of the properties entrusted to them for many years now. Administration
We manage apartment buildings, detached houses, condominiums and individual flats. Our core tasks include administration, tenant support and technical maintenance of the property.
Rental
We manage the search for new tenants on your behalf. To this end, we offer the distribution of attractive advertisements, the filtering of suitable interested parties, the conduct of viewings, and the preparation of the tenancy agreement and handover.
Marketing
We provide discreet and competent support when buying or selling your house, flat or building plot. Your wishes and ideas are our top priority.
